Brisket With Cranberry Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lb. first cut brisket
3 (1 lb.) cans whole cranberry sauce
salt and pepper
4 cans steak sauce with mushrooms
onions
1 Tbsp. salad oil or olive oil
1 small clove garlic, minced or pressed
1 (about 2 1/2 lb.) rib, frozen solid (standing rib beef roast)
2 large Russet potatoes
Preparation

Combine oil and garlic; rub evenly over cut surfaces of frozen meat.
Stand rib, bone side down, in a shallow baking pan between potatoes placed like book ends.
