Hack'S Five Hour Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut into 1-inch pieces
    5 medium potatoes (1-inch cubes)
    4 medium carrots (1/2-inch pieces)
    1 medium onion, sliced into 1/4 to 1/2-inch wedges
    3 to 4 medium celery stalks, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sliced tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. quick cook tapioca
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in 3-quart covered casserole dish for 5 hours at 275\u00b0.
