1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
4 c. sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
9-inch unbaked pie shell
1/4 c. flour
Topping (following)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine lemon juice and apples; toss until coated.
Stir in sugar, flour, cinnamon and salt; mix well.
Pour into pie shell.
Cover edges with aluminum foil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
