Egg-Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. stale bread, finely crumbled
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. mushrooms (optional)
1/2 c. peppers (optional)
1/2 c. onions (optional)
Preparation

Fry and drain sausage, crumble.
In large bowl, beat eggs and add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Pour into buttered 7 x 11 inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.
Serves 6.
