Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
    1 c. low-fat sour cream or low-fat small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 c. low-fat plain yogurt
    1/2 c. finely chopped parsley
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. green onion, chopped
Preparation
    Squeeze thawed frozen spinach by hand or in paper toweling to remove all moisture.
    Combine spinach, sour cream, yogurt, parsley, green onion, salt and pepper to taste in a small bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to blend flavors.
