Salmon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 tsp. baking powder (heaping)
Preparation
    Heat oil in small saucepan while preparing salmon.
    Pan should be 1/2 full of oil.
    Drain salmon, saving juice.
    Add flour and egg to salmon.
    Add heaping teaspoon baking powder to salmon juice. Let foam 30 seconds, then pour back over salmon.
    Drop by teaspoons into oil; fry until brown.
    Serves 4.
