Confetti Apple Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. defrosted orange or apple juice
    1 red apple, unpeeled and diced
    4 c. shredded cabbage
    2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
    3 Tbsp. raisins
    1 Tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
    1/2 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    pepper and paprika to taste
Preparation
    In a large bowl, stir together juice and apples.
    Add cabbage, onion, pepper and raisins.
    In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, pepper and paprika.
    Add to vegetable mixture.
    Cover tightly and refrigerate until served.
