Chocolate Buttermilk Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda (baking)
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Cream together oil, sugar and eggs.
Add cocoa, salt, flour and buttermilk.
Add 1 teaspoon soda to 1 cup boiling water last. Bake in sheet pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch, at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
