Grandma'S Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground pork
3 tart apples, chopped
1/2 box raisins (more or less)
6 eggs
1 onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. sage
2 to 3 tsp. salt
pepper
poultry seasoning to taste
1 bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Preparation

When you buy the duck, have the butcher halve the duck; split it in half right up the middle and figure 1/2 duck per person. Duck needs to be cooked on a rack and the fat drained from time to time lest the meat be and taste greasy.
