Texas Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 bell peppers, chopped
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    3 c. tomatoes
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook onions and pepper in shortening until tender.
    Add meat and cook until browned.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mix well. Put into casserole dish with a lid.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
