Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can beef consomme
    1 can water
    1 c. raw rice
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil and margarine or 1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients; pour into a greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If using instant rice, bake for 1/2 hour.
