Crumb Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken fryer
1 c. margarine, melted
1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
onion salt to taste
paprika
Preparation
-
Wash chicken thoroughly.
Dip in melted margarine, then in bread crumbs.
Salt, pepper and onion salt.
Sprinkle paprika over top.
Bake in tightly covered (aluminum foil) pan at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Uncover and continue baking an additional 25 to 30 minutes.
