Meat And Potatoes Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes (1 1/2 lb.), pared
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1/4 tsp. summer savory leaves
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
    1 large egg
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato juice (2/3 c.)
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, bring 2-inches salted water to boiling. Add potatoes; cook 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain; return to saucepan.
    With electric mixer at high speed, beat until smooth. Beat in butter, savory, salt and pepper; cover and set aside.
