Butter Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation
    Combine sugar, butter, water and salt in saucepan.
    Cook to 285\u00b0; stir occasionally.
    Pour on buttered cookie sheet.
    Cool. Spread with melted chocolate.
    Cool.
    Turn over and spread other side.
    Cool.
    Break into pieces.
