Sausage Strata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bread
1 lb. Sausage, hot
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
3 to 5 eggs, can use up to 10 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
Dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Trim crust off bread to fit Pyrex dish 10 x 6 1/2 inch. Brown sausage well. Stir in mustard. Spoon over bread and sprinkle with cheese. Combine ingredients and pour over. Set in refrigerator 12 hours. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Let set out of oven 15 minutes before serving.
