Ingredients

2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. milk
2 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa, cornstarch, salt and milk.
Microwave on High for 3 minutes.
Add 2 teaspoons margarine; microwave on High for 2 minutes.
Stir.
Continue to cook for 2 more minutes, stirring after each minute.
Mixture should be thick, but will thicken more as it sets.
Add the vanilla and stir into mixture. Pour into individual serving dishes.
Garnish with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
May be served warm or chilled.
