Pineapple Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
    2 c. powdered sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    16 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip.
    Fold in drained pineapple.
    Line 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish with half of the crushed wafers.
    Place pineapple mixture on wafers, then remaining wafers on top.
    Add 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
    Let set in icebox for two or three hours before serving.
