One-Dish Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can Italian-seasoned tomato sauce
    Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. water
    2 1/2 oz. spaghetti, broken (about 1/2 c.)
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef into 1-quart microwave-safe casserole; add onion.
    Microwave on High, uncovered, 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring once.
    Drain.
    Stir to break meat into small pieces.
    Add tomato sauce, water and spaghetti.
    Cover with casserole lid.
    Microwave on High 10 to 11 minutes or until spaghetti is tender, stirring twice.
    Serve with Parmesan cheese. Makes about 2 servings, 275 calories each.
