Ingredients

3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sweet milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. coconut (more if desired)
Preparation

Mix
well.
Pour
into unbaked pie shell and bake until firm. Remove
from oven.
Beat egg whites with a little sugar and spread
over
pie;
sprinkle
a
little coconut over pie. Return to oven and bake until golden brown.
