Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green shrimp, remove shells and black line down back
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. pickling spice
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook the shrimp in boiling water with the bay leaf, pickling spice and vinegar.
    Cook until shells turn pink, about 15 minutes. Drain and cover with cold water.
