Foolproof Pie Crust(Makes 5 Shells) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. plain flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 3/4 c. shortening
    1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 large egg
Preparation
    With fork, stir together flour, sugar and salt.
    Cut in shortening until crumbly.
    In small bowl beat together water, vinegar and eggs.
    Add to flour mixture until moist.
    Divide into 5 pieces.
    Chill at least 1/2 hour.
    Roll out into pie plates.
    Crust may be frozen until ready to use.
