Banana Pound Cake - cooking recipe

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs, room temperature
1/3 c. cooking oil
1/2 c. water
1 1/3 c. ripe mashed bananas (about 4 medium size)
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
powdered sugar
Preparation

Combine cake mix, water, pudding mix, and bananas; blend well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in spices; beat at medium speed for 4 minutes. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan; fill with batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes or until done. Cool 10 minutes and turn on rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar and serve.
