Daffodil Dream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
3/4 c. light cream or half and half
2/3 c. white corn syrup
3 beaten egg yolks
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
jelly beans (green and yellow)
1/3 c. lemon juice
8 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
4 drops (approximately) yellow food coloring (optional)
1 (9-inch) baked pastry shell
1/2 c. strawberry preserves
3 Tbsp. chopped pecans
8 oz. whipped topping
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan.
Put next 3 ingredients in a bowl. Stir. Blend into saucepan.
Let stand 1 minute.
Stir constantly over medium heat until thick. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in butter and lemon juice. Blend. Refrigerate approximately 45 minutes.
Fold in yogurt.
Add coloring.
