Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. cold water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    4 to 5 c. flour
Preparation
    Melt shortening with hot water.
    Add cold water and yeast; stir until dissolved.
    Add sugar, salt and flour.
    Let stand until dough has risen double.
    Work down.
    Make into rolls; let rise again.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
