Peach, Strawberry Or Blueberry Pie(Diabetic, Low-Fat Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 (3 oz.) pkg. sugar-free jello
4 c. fruit
Preparation

Bring to a boil, water; add cornstarch, then add jello.
Stir until cool.
Add fruit.
Put into baked pie shell.
Cool and add Cool Whip topping.
You can also use graham cracker shell.
Use light Cool Whip.
