Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs or Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. corn oil
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple with juice
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. sweetener
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients.
    Makes 2 small loaves or bake in 9-inch square pan or a little larger at 300\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
