Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

rye bread, sliced
1 medium slice corned beef, cooked
2 thin slices Swiss cheese
1 thin slice Havarti cheese
2 Tbsp. prepared sauerkraut, drained
2 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation

Spread both slices of bread with mayonnaise.
Place corned beef, Swiss cheese and Havarti cheese on one slice of bread.
Top with sauerkraut and Thousand Island dressing.
Grill sandwich on both sides.
Serve with kosher pickle and chips of your choice.
