Apple Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 to 6 apples
1 stick butter or margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg

Preparation

Cut and peel the apples.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and pour over the apples. Melt butter. Add egg, flour and sugar.
Pour over the apples. Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown, approximately 40 minutes.
