Mushrooms Rockefeller - cooking recipe

Ingredients

18 large button mushrooms
2 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1/2 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos

Preparation

Lightly oil a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Set aside.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Clean mushrooms and dry.
Pull out stems.
Place bottoms in baking dish; set aside.
