Potato Salad 2 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 or 8 medium size potatoes
    mayonnaise
    2 boiled eggs
    salt and pepper
    1 small jar pickle relish
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender.
    Drain them in a strainer to remove all the water.
    The secret to keep your potatoes from becoming mushy is to let them sit until they are completely cool. After they have cooled add the eggs (be sure to mash the eggs up real good before you put them in).
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add about half the jar of pickle relish.
    Then you add enough mayonnaise for it to mix up real well.
