Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. vanilla pudding
    1 c. coconut
    1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
    4 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook pudding as directed on package.
    Add coconut.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Whip egg whites until stiff.
    Add 2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla.
    Spread over filling.
    Bake until peaks are golden brown.
    Sprinkle top with coconut.
    Cool.
