Kenneth'S Cream Cheese Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 medium bottle chutney or mint jelly
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. pecans
    8 chopped olives
    1 jalapeno pepper (if you like it spicy)
    1 clove garlic
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    Mix in 1/2 bottle of chutney or mint jelly.
    Add onion, vinegar, lemon juice and a clove of garlic.
    Mix all together and form into a ball or any shape desired.
    Mix chopped pecans and olives together and place on top of cream cheese.
    Serve with assorted crackers or wheat or pumpernickel bread.
