Baked Squirrel 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 dressed squirrels
salt and pepper
flour
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 large onion, chopped
garlic clove or powder
2 bay leaves
paprika

Preparation

Coat the squirrels with salt and prepared flour and brown in oil in a baking pan.
Add remaining ingredients and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Reduce heat and cook an additional 45 minutes.
