Stuffed Tomato - cooking recipe
Ingredients

ripe tomato
1/2 to 1 c. cold cornbread crumbs
onion, diced very small
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Using spoon, scoop out insides of tomato.
Mix with cornbread, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Stuff in tomato shell. Refrigerate.
