Stuffed Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    6 to 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut approximately 1-inch thick slice from top of potatoes. Scoop out pulp into mixing bowl.
    Add other ingredients except paprika.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Spoon into shells.
    Top with strips of Velveeta; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
