Chocolate Covered Cherries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg white
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. water
    confectioners sugar (enough to make it able to be rolled into a ball around cherries)
Preparation
    Refrigerate cherries before coating with chocolate.
    If desired, soak cherries in brandy 3 to 5 days (whiskey can also be used).
