Peach Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (No. 2 1/2) can peaches
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Drain peach juice and save.
    Cook fruit and 1/2 cup sugar over low heat.
    While making everything else, melt 1/2 stick margarine in baking pan.
    Mix sugar, baking powder, flour and milk.
    Drop dough by spoonfuls over melted butter; add fruit, then pour drained peach juice over all.
    Bake 35 minutes at 400\u00b0.
