Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 cups elbow macaroni
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. all purpose flour
2 cups Carnation milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups shredded cheese
1/4 cup minced onion, optional
Preparation

Melt butter, blend in flour. Add milk. Cook over medium heat until it begins to thicken. Remove from heat. Add salt and pepper, onion, if desired, and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Put already cooked macaroni in casserole dish and pour in all ingredients, already mixed. Stir thoroughly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
