Eggplant Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium size eggplant
2 c. flour
3 eggs
spaghetti sauce
1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Take a medium size eggplant and slice thin, about 1/8-inch thick.
Place sheets on paper towels.
Let stand 1 to 2 hours.
