Mom'S Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    2 or 3 sq. chocolate (depending on how dark you like the cake)
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
    5 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. butter
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add melted chocolate.
    Add flour, which has been sifted with soda and salt, alternately with buttermilk.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in 3 greased 9-inch layer pans, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
