Sour Cream Coconut Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. of frozen Tropic Isle Coconut, partly thawed
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 medium size container Cool Whip, partly thawed
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and sour cream on high speed of mixer until creamy. Add Cool Whip and 1 package of coconut.
    When cake layers have cooled, split and fill with mixture.
    Take hands and spread 1 package of coconut on icing.
    This is enough icing for a 4 layer cake.
    This cake can be frozen and kept in the freezer until ready to cut.
    Let set on plate a few minutes to thaw.
