Beverly'S Egg Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. browned and drained sausage
    1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. half and half
    2 Tbsp. onion
    1/4 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Mix together sausage and Swiss cheese.
    Beat eggs and add half and half, onion and green pepper.
    Put in bottom of pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
