Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) fryer
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 c. milk
3/4 to 1 c. chicken broth
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
Preparation

Cut up chicken and boil; cool.
Debone, breaking chicken into bite size pieces.
Layer the chicken into 2 small or 1 large casserole dish.
Combine soups, milk and chicken broth and pour over chicken.
Sprinkle stuffing over the top.
Bake, covered, until bubbles appear.
Remove cover and brown in 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
