Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. boiling water
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. butter
1 c. light brown sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Pour boiling water over oats.
Let stand 15 minutes, stirring often.
Cream the butter, light brown sugar and sugar.
Add eggs and the oats.
Sift flour, salt, cinnamon and soda.
Mix and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
