Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
2 beaten eggs
3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients.
Beat eggs and sour cream.
Stir into mix.
(Dough should be lumpy and soft.)
Drop from tablespoon on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Makes 12 large biscuits.
Delicious topped with strawberries or other fruit and whipped cream.
