Old Fashioned Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/3 c. oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
3/4 c. water
1 stick margarine, cut in cubes
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Grease a skillet (iron is best) or ovenproof baking dish.
Mix together all ingredients and pour in pan.
Cook until golden brown, about 30 minutes.
