Marinated Flank Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 flank steak (about 1.5 lbs.)
1 c. worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. Tennessee whisky
2 cloves minced garlic
about 2 Tbsp. olive oil
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation

Lightly score the flank steak in a crisscross pattern on both sides and transfer to a large zip lock bag.
