Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. dry yeast
    2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix water, yeast and sugar.
    Let stand until bubbly (about 10 minutes).
    Add salt and flour (1 cup at a time).
    Mix with wooden spoon.
    When mixture gets too difficult to stir, use hands and knead into a ball, adding flour as needed.
    Divide ball into two. Form into balls and put on floured surface.
    Cover and let rise (about 30 to 45 minutes).
    Form dough into pizza pan; top with sauce, cheese and favorite toppings.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
