Fast Chicken Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) can white chicken or leftover chicken cut into bite size pieces
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans chicken broth
1 c. carrots
1 c. celery
1 c. zucchini
1 c. potato
1 c. Minute rice
1 onion
1 clove garlic
basil
tarragon
fresh cilantro
oregano
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except rice together, in large pan.
Add about 2 to 3 cups of water and bring to a boil.
Add rice and let simmer until vegetables are done.
