Orange Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 fryer chicken
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    3/4 c. orange marmalade
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. orange rind, grated
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/3 c. pecans, toasted
Preparation
    Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt and pepper on chicken and place in baking dish, skin side up.
    Brush on butter and bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes with drippings.
